1. What is ImmunoFit?
ImmunoFit is a science-based health and performance coaching program for busy professionals. We combine immunology, fitness, nutrition, and habit-building to help you optimize energy, sleep, strength, and daily performance.
2. How do I get started?
Choose the plan that fits your needs (Foundation, Resilience, or Elite), complete your health assessment form, and your coach will begin building your personalized plan.
3. Do I need the $1 health assessment?
No. It’s optional.
It’s only for people who want clarity before choosing a coaching plan. Coaching plans already include a full assessment and expert review.
4. What’s included in the coaching plans?
All plans include a personalized workout plan, nutrition guidance, your health assessment review, and ongoing support. Higher tiers add coaching calls, weekly adjustments, grocery lists, supplement guidance, and more.
5. How personalized are the plans?
Every plan is fully customized based on your goals, lifestyle, schedule, equipment, stress level, and health questionnaire. Nothing is pre-made or generic.
6. Do I need a gym?
No. Your plan is built around what you have available — gym, home, or hybrid.
7. How does the assessment form work?
After joining, you’ll complete a detailed lifestyle and health form. Your coach reviews it and builds your training, nutrition, and habit system from it.
8. Will I get a call with my coach?
Yes — if your plan includes it.
The Resilience plan includes monthly calls, and Elite includes weekly calls. Foundation does not include calls.
9. What app do you use for coaching?
You’ll access your workouts, habits, nutrition guidance, and messaging through the ImmunoFit coaching app (Trainerize system).
10. Do you offer meal plans?
We provide nutrition guidance, food lists, and meal-prep recommendations — not restrictive meal plans. Elite clients get personalized grocery lists.
11. How often are the plans updated?
Workout plans are updated monthly.
Adjustments to habits and nutrition can be made weekly depending on your tier.
12. What kind of results can I expect?
Most clients report better energy, improved sleep, reduced fatigue, increased muscle mass, better consistency, and improved daily performance within the first month.
13. How much time do I need per week?
Most clients succeed with 3–4 workouts per week (30–45 minutes) plus simple daily habits.
14. What if I travel or have a busy schedule?
Your coach adapts everything to your real life — schedule changes, travel, work hours, and available equipment.
15. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All subscriptions are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
16. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalized nature of coaching, we do not offer refunds. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
17. Is this based on real science?
Yes. Our approach is grounded in immunology, exercise physiology, sleep science, and evidence-based nutrition.
