1) Overview
ImmunoFit provides digital services and coaching, which may include training programming, nutrition guidance, habit and recovery coaching, accountability, and related educational materials (collectively, the “Services”). Because Services are delivered digitally and involve time, expertise, and access to proprietary materials, we do not accept “returns.”Instead, we offer the refund policy below.
2) 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase an ImmunoFit coaching plan (“Program”) and decide it’s not right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date (the “Guarantee Period”), subject to the eligibility rules in Section 3.
If your request is approved, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid for the Program, excluding any non-refundable items listed in Section 6 (if applicable).
3) Eligibility Requirements (Fair-Try Standard)
To keep the guarantee fair for genuine clients and to prevent abuse, refunds under this policy require good-faith participation during the Guarantee Period. Unless prohibited by law, you must have:

Completed onboarding/intake (if provided), and

Submitted at least one (1) weekly check-in or progress update through the agreed channel (app/form/email), and
-
Attempted the plan as written for at least 7 days (or, if you purchased a 7-day or shorter offer, throughout the offer period), and
-
Requested the refund within 30 days of purchase.
If you meet the above, we’ll honor the guarantee.
We may deny a refund request if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that:

You did not participate in good faith (e.g., no onboarding and no check-ins and no engagement),
-
You violated our Terms (harassment, abuse, fraud, or chargeback abuse),
-
You attempted to obtain coaching materials and then request a refund without participation,
-
You previously received a refund for the same Program or repeatedly request refunds across offers.
4) How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@immunofithealth.com with:

Your full name
-
The email used at checkout
-
Order number/receipt

The Program name
-
A brief note on why it wasn’t a fit (optional but helpful)
Deadline: Requests must be sent before the end of day 30 after purchase (based on your receipt timestamp).
5) Refund Processing Timeline
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

We typically process refunds within 5–10 business days, though your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
6) Non-Refundable Items (If Applicable)
Unless required by law, the following are non-refundable:

Third-party fees you paid directly to another provider (if any),

Add-ons clearly labeled “non-refundable” at purchase,
-
Standalone digital products (eBooks, PDFs, templates, courses) delivered immediately unless explicitly covered by the guarantee at checkout.
7) Access Termination After Refund
If a refund is granted:

Your access to coaching, community, portals, apps, and member materials may be revoked immediately.

Any licenses granted to use ImmunoFit materials are terminated (you may not share, resell, or distribute them).
8) Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellation (If You Offer Recurring Billing)
If your purchase is a subscription:

You must cancel your subscription to stop future charges.

Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges.

Refund eligibility applies only to the most recent charge and only if requested within 30 days of that charge, subject to the eligibility requirements above.

9) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We’re happy to resolve issues directly. Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us at info@immunofithealth.com.
If you file a chargeback while a refund request is under review, we may pause the refund process until the dispute is resolved. Abusive chargebacks may result in termination of access and future purchase restrictions.
10) Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
