ImmunoFit Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital Products Only)

ImmunoFit sells digital products and digital services only. We do not ship physical goods.


1) Digital Delivery (No Physical Shipping)

All purchases are delivered digitally via one or more of the following methods (depending on the product):

  • Immediate access on-screen after checkout

  • Email delivery to the address used at checkout

  • Access through a member portal / coaching platform

  • A downloadable file or link (e.g., PDF, program templates)

If you do not receive your access email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact info@immunofithealth.com.


2) Delivery Timing

Most digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment.

Some products or services may require setup (e.g., onboarding, personalization, or scheduling). In those cases, delivery begins after we receive the required information from you (e.g., intake form submission).

If your purchase includes coaching, custom programming, or personalization, delivery timelines may be described on the checkout page or in your confirmation email.


3) Incorrect Email / Access Issues

You are responsible for entering a valid email address at checkout.

If you entered the wrong email address or can’t access your materials, email info@immunofithealth.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number/receipt

  • The email you used at checkout (and the correct email, if different)

We will make reasonable efforts to help verify the purchase and restore access.


4) No Shipping Fees

Because we deliver digitally, there are:

  • No shipping charges

  • No shipping methods

  • No physical delivery timelines


5) Lost Access / Re-Downloads

If your purchase includes downloadable files, we may provide re-download access for a reasonable period. If links expire or you lose access, contact info@immunofithealth.com and we’ll assist where possible.

We do not guarantee indefinite access to third-party platforms we do not control.


6) Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Digital delivery does not automatically eliminate refund rights; however, your purchase may be subject to eligibility requirements described in that policy.
